1. Cookies on the public website
Travelcaravan does not set analytics, advertising or marketing cookies on the public website. Therefore, no optional-cookie consent banner is currently shown.
2. Admin session cookie
After a successful sign-in to the hidden administration area, the tc_admin_session cookie is used. It is an HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Strict security cookie that cannot be read by JavaScript. It lasts for up to 8 hours or until logout and is not used to track public visitors.
3. Local browser storage
The booking form uses local browser storage for a 60-second duplicate-submission cooldown. Vehicle detail pages use local storage so repeated refreshes from the same browser do not increase the view count more than once every 30 minutes. These entries do not contain a name, email address or telephone number.
4. Cookie-free visitor analytics
Visitor statistics are sent to the server without analytics cookies or a localStorage visitor ID. The server creates a limited pseudonymous identifier and counts general traffic, popular pages, device type, country and referring domain. No statistics are sent when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile and necessary security signals
The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. The service may use technical signals and strictly necessary security mechanisms to identify fraud and automated traffic. Travelcaravan does not use these signals for advertising.
6. External resources
The website loads the Poppins font from Google Fonts and some vehicle gallery images from i.ibb.co image hosting. Loading these resources sends a technical request to the respective provider which may include the IP address and browser information. More information about service providers is included in the privacy notice.
7. Clearing browser data
Cookies and local storage can be cleared in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. The admin session also ends on logout or no later than 8 hours after it was created.
8. Changes
If optional analytics, advertising or marketing technology is introduced in the future, consent will be requested before activation where required by law, and this information will be updated.
